No Knead To Go Without Bread!!
I am starting a new adventure in my career. I am going to start offering a series of gluten free baking classes. My name is Jeff and I am a food stylist, recipe developer, instructor, and pastry chef with over 10 year of experience. I am also gluten intolerant.
My first first class in the series will unravel the mysteries of allergen free bread-making at home. This is a basic class. Anyone can do this. Not only will you be sent home with the recipes, you will get to sample this delicious and satisfying bread. Students are encouraged to bring their cameras and document the process. Class registration will be $30 through Eventbrite.com (click on Eventbrite to learn more and sign up). Class size will be limited to 15. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
